We are seeking a Content & Marketing Strategist to plan, develop and execute integrated content and digital marketing initiatives for the Company and its clients. The role requires a strong blend of marketing strategy, content development, campaign execution, client pitching and project management.
Job Responsibilities Description:
- Plan and develop content marketing strategies aligned with business and client objectives.
- Conduct market research, audience insights and competitor analysis to identify marketing opportunities and campaign angles.
- Develop marketing proposals and pitch creative campaign ideas, content strategies and marketing concepts to prospective and existing clients.
- Develop social media and content strategies for the Company and its projects.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
- Support lead generation initiatives through marketing campaigns and ensure leads are accurately captured and recorded in CRM systems for sales follow-up.
- Set up and manage both organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Create high-quality marketing content including blog articles, social media posts, case studies and campaign materials.
- Collaborate with the design and video production teams to produce engaging visual and multimedia content.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Oversee content production processes including pre-production planning, on-set coordination and post-production workflows.
- Manage content calendars, marketing timelines and project schedules to ensure timely delivery of marketing deliverables.
- Lead project coordination for social media and content marketing initiatives.
- Track and analyse marketing performance metrics including campaign reach, engagement and lead generation performance.
- Provide recommendations to optimise marketing campaigns and improve marketing ROI.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field of study.
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, advertising and/or digital marketing.
- Passion for marketing and loves to express ideas visually
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Ability to develop marketing concepts and express ideas visually through content and storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Basic design capability (simple graphics such as social media visuals) is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting with strong project and time-management skills
