Content Marketing & Social Media Executive

This is a hands-on, highly independent role for someone who can research, strategise, create and execute content across multiple platforms.

You will develop content for two key audiences:

1. Employers & families - to build trust, brand awareness, organic traffic and enquiries.

2. Caregivers - to attract qualified job applicants and position Anglo Caregivers as the agency of choice for caregivers seeking employment in Singapore.

What You'll Do

Employer & Brand Content

• Create educational 3-7 minute videos/podcasts answering common questions about elderly care and live-in caregiving.

• Develop blog articles, FAQs, infographics, carousels and social media content.

• Research topics relevant to Singapore families, such as elderly care options, costs, ageing and caregiving.

• Develop SEO and GEO-optimised content to increase organic visibility.

• Publish and repurpose content across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

Caregiver Recruitment Content

• Work closely with our recruitment team to create TikTok/Reels content.

• Develop engaging videos that attract qualified caregiver applicants.

• Create content around caregiver experiences, interviews, job expectations, training and life as a caregiver in Singapore.

• Build recurring content series that strengthen caregiver trust and loyalty towards Anglo Caregivers.

Research & Strategy

• Conduct competitor and market research.

• Identify emerging trends, search topics, FAQs and content opportunities.

• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements.

• Develop and manage a monthly content calendar.

• Proactively propose new content ideas and campaigns.

Content Production

You will be involved in the full process:

Research → Idea → Script → Filming → Editing → Publishing → Analytics → Optimisation

You should be comfortable creating content yourself rather than relying heavily on external agencies.

Anglo Caregivers is a Singapore-based specialist live-in caregiver agency helping families care for elderly loved ones at home.

We are looking for our dedicated marketing hire - someone who can take ownership of our content strategy and build Anglo Caregivers into a trusted source of information for both families and caregivers.

This is not a role for someone who simply wants to manage social media.

We are looking for someone who can think, research, create and execute independently.

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years experience in content marketing, digital marketing, social media, communications, journalism or a related field.

• Strong writing and storytelling skills.

• Experience creating TikTok/Reels/short-form video content.

• Basic video filming and editing skills.

• Understanding of SEO and content marketing.

• Strong research and analytical skills.

• Able to work independently and take ownership.

• Creative, curious and commercially minded.

• Comfortable using Canva, CapCut or similar tools.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics/Search Console or SEO tools is an advantage.

• Experience with healthcare, eldercare, recruitment, HR or other trust-based industries is an advantage.

A strong portfolio is more important to us than qualifications alone.
