Content Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the creation and delivery of high-quality strategy, idea, concepts and final creative material for the Brand/Platform Creative Content plan.
• Responsible for the progress of Brand/Platform Creative Content plan through the relevant stages and gates of Marketing Factory, partnering with the relevant marketing team members in the preparation of the final recommendations presented for decision at each gate.
• Work with key stakeholders to create briefs and lead agency briefings.
• Manage the development of exciting Core Creative Ideas for Regional Brands and local brands, anchored on consumer insight.
• Communicate strategy and the job to be done in a clear and compelling way which results in great creative work.
• Management of all stakeholders as defined by the project (incl. sourcing all Feedback and the full stewardship of the Creative Content Project through any/all Marketing Factory Gates.
• Good understanding of current and future business needs so that creative work can be developed to help achieve commercial outcomes.

The Talent

• Minimum 5 years experience working within marketing, advertising, brand communications, or strategy roles.
• Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred.
• Proven ability to effectively lead the execution of multi touch point and/or multi market IMX programs.
• Great interpersonal skills to manage internal and external relationships.
• Ability to manage complex timelines and multiple stakeholders including agency partners.
• Ability to manage resources for maximum efficiencies and return on investment.
