Content Planning & Calendar Management
- Develop and propose monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and execute short-form and long-form content across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, email newsletters, website articles and blog posts.
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, compliance guidelines, and industry regulations.
- Track content performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Content Creation & Execution
- Draft captions, articles, thought leadership pieces, email campaigns, and marketing copy.
- Coordinate design and visual assets with our regional team in China.
- Ensure timely publishing and distribution of content.
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form social posts.
- Collaborate with external financial educators and fund houses to organise webinars/seminars.
Events & Publicity Coordination
- Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events, seminars, and client engagement sessions.
- Liaise with vendors, venues, and partners to ensure smooth event execution.
- Coordinate event publicity, invitations, and follow-ups.
- Ensure presentations are professionally prepared and brand compliant.
- Oversee event documentation, including photography and videography, ensuring footage is properly captured and archived for marketing use.
Marketing Collateral & Merchandise
- Support the preparation and sourcing of corporate merchandise.
- Ensure marketing materials, event decks, and printed collaterals are professionally produced and brand consistent.
- Maintain organised archives of marketing assets and event materials.
Administrative & Reporting Support
- Maintain organised content and campaign documentation.
- Prepare post-campaign and post-event performance summaries.
- Support compliance documentation where necessary.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or communications (financial services experience is a plus).
- Strong writing and editing skills in English. Basic proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and/or written) is a strong advantage as there will be a requirement to work with counterparts based in China.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn) and email marketing tools.
- Basic understanding of branding and content strategy.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
