Content Designer (Public Sector)

The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a public sector organization to look for a Content Designer (Public Sector)
• This role craft clear, user-friendly content across mobile and web platforms, with a focus on trust-sensitive journeys such as authentication, consent, and account recovery.
• This role will be a contractual role under Adecco's payroll.

The Talent

• Possesses at least 4 years in content design, UX writing, or product content.

• Experience with digital products (mobile and/or web).

• Background in regulated industries (e.g., fintech, digital identity, cybersecurity) preferred.

• Experience with authentication, onboarding, consent, or other trust-based workflows is a strong advantage.

• Strong microcopy skills and ability to simplify technical concepts.

• Comfortable working in agile teams and design tools like Figma.

Job Description

• Write concise microcopy for critical user flows.

• Simplify complex security and policy requirements into plain language.

• Design system messaging (errors, prompts, notifications) that builds trust.

• Align knowledge base content with in-product messaging.

• Collaborate with cross-functional product teams.

• Contribute to tone, voice, and content standards.
