Responsibilities
In alignment with the company's globalization strategy and vision, the Global Payments team offers a comprehensive Fintech platform for our customers. Our products encompass fundamental payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, risk management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later), insurance, and more. We at Global Payment UED team are growing at a rapid pace and we are actively seeking out the best talents to join us on this adventure where your contributions will make a global impact for our global customers. Support our Global Payment content design teams by delivering high-quality, scalable content solutions. This includes creating and maintaining user centric content standards, improving cross-market consistency, accelerating localization quality, and supporting product teams with clear and effective UX content. - Execute content design and UX writing for ByteDance Global Payment products. - Support initiatives to improve our processes and increase our ability to drive impact. - Craft, proofread, and edit concise, conversational product UI content. - Contribute to and evolve the content, voice, and style guidelines for ByteDance Global Payment products. - Meet and align with teams across global time zones to drive a cohesive product narrative. - Collaborate with and influence design, product, research, and marketing teams in a fast-paced work environment. - Participate in design critiques to drive consistency and improve content quality across ByteDance Global Payment products. - Collaborate and exchange insight with fellow Content Designers.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - 3+ years of content design or relevant UX writing experience for e-commerce focused web or mobile applications. - Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Technical Writing, UX, HCI, or equivalent - Writing portfolio including, but not limited to: user interface copy, microcopy, user education. - Experience designing and shipping end-to-end products with complicated flows, multiple scenarios, and edge cases. - Experience collaborating with product management, product design, user research, engineering, and localization teams. - Experience using Figma and content management software.
