Join a dynamic, fully remote team to craft engaging and on-brand content for a fast-growing alcohol-free beverage retailer. You will transform strategic plans into compelling digital assets and campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, ensuring all content aligns with established brand guidelines and voice. This contract role requires close collaboration with the team, especially during the initial 6090 days, and involves both planned and quick-turn content creation. You will design graphics, animations, and templates, write captions that resonate with the brand's grounded and witty tone, and monitor content performance to recommend improvements. The ideal candidate is comfortable working from content calendars, iterating on feedback, and communicating clearly in a remote environment. Expect flexible hours and approximately 1020 hours of work per month.
Deliverables
- Design and produce digital assets for social media, including feed posts, stories, graphics, animations, and branded templates
- Write engaging, on-brand captions for all content
- Develop content from provided calendars and strategic briefs
- Collaborate with the team to iterate on concepts and share work-in-progress
- Monitor content performance and suggest optimizations
- Respond to quick-turn, one-off content requests as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to match a brand's voice
- Experience working from content calendars and following brand guidelines
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a remote setting
- Comfortable with feedback and iterative workflows
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage flexible, part-time hours
- Prior experience in digital marketing or content creation for lifestyle, beverage, or retail brands is a plus
