Content Creator (Social Media & Design)

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Content: Plan, create and manage engaging daily content for Instagram and Facebook, including reels, photos and social media posts.
• Graphic Design & Video Editing: Create aesthetic visuals, graphics and short-form video content using tools such as Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite. Advanced or Hollywood-level editing is not required, but a strong eye for visual composition and design is important.
• On-Site Content Capture: Occasionally visit renovation project sites to photograph and film project progress, walkthroughs and behind-the-scenes content.
• Bilingual Copywriting: Write clear, engaging and audience-appropriate captions in English and Mandarin Chinese for bilingual social media content.

Requirements

• Strong visual sense, design aesthetic and attention to detail.
• Basic to intermediate skills in graphic design and short-form video editing using tools such as Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Comfortable with photography and video content capture using a mobile phone or camera.
• Willing to occasionally travel to renovation project sites for content creation.
• Creative, proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Relevant experience in social media content creation, graphic design, digital marketing or a related field is an advantage.
