We're looking for a Senior Planner, someone who can mix insights with imagination to create campaigns that are anything but basic. Responsibilities
- Be ahead of the curve in social storytelling, trends and language
- Develop entertaining social-first concepts that resonates with audiences across Instagram & TikTok
- Able to turn concepts into succinct storyboards that lands the idea in a compelling social-first way
- Bring storyboards to life through mobile-first video production - ensuring quality across shooting, lighting & audio
- Creatively confident to ensure content is captured with excellence - whether that requires you to direct behind the camera, or act in front of the camera
- Capable through post-production, able to turn rushes into attention-grabbing & entertaining social-first narratives
- Proactively offers solutions to raise the bar in our output - including SFX, VFX & visual techniques
- Manages time & workload competently, with the ability to juggle multiple projects & clients at the same time
- Expert communicator, able to manage expectations internally & externally with confidence
- Passionate in the craft - presents ideas & productions with passion to motivate team members & clients
- Motion graphics capabilities are a bonus
Qualifications
- Between 3-4 years of experience in a creative, digital or social agency with hybrid experience in copy and design.
- Strong grasp of the digital/social media space and online media jargon and technology
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment
- Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with co-workers at a variety of levels, across many disciplines
- Understands and uses the latest in computer design software
- Naturally well organised and unfazed when working towards deadlines.
