About the Role

Futurx Creatives is looking for a content creator to own video production end-to-end, from concept through the final shot. You'll plan shoots with our creative team, direct talent on set, and handle basic editing, color, and sound before handing footage off — all while keeping our gear ready to move fast for clients across F&B, beauty, wellness, and B2B/B2C. We're looking for someone self-directed and resourceful on set, with a strong storytelling instinct, who works closely with the creative and strategy team and wants to see their footage tracked against real client growth, not just delivered and forgotten.

Day to day, you'll:

• Own video production end-to-end — from concept and shot planning through filming

• Direct talent and subjects on-site during shoots

• Handle basic editing, colour grading, and sound before handoff

• Plan shots collaboratively with the creative and strategy team

• Maintain and prep camera, lighting, and audio gear between shoots

Qualifications

• Proficient with a Sony camera system

• Comfortable editing in CapCut, with working proficiency in Adobe (Premiere Pro)

• Strong storytelling instinct — can think in shots and narrative, not just execute a brief

• Self-directed and resourceful on set, able to problem-solve without heavy hand-holding

• Collaborative, able to sync closely with creative and strategy teams

• Portfolio or showreel of past shoot work required

• Bonus: Motion graphics / After Effects skills
