Responsibilities:
- Produce 6 to 10 engaging content assets monthly, including reels, TikToks, carousels, and short videos for IG/FB/LinkedIn
- Develop creative content concepts aligned to brand tone, themes (e.g., play-based learning, educator stories, seasonal events)
- Work closely with the Brand & Marketing team to ensure content aligns with content plan, monthly campaigns and objectives
- Visit E-Bridge centres regularly to capture short-form content (B-roll, interviews, learning moments, staff activities)
- Edit videos using mobile-native tools such as CapCut and Canva or other relevant tools to maintain social-first aesthetics
- Work with Digital Marketing Manager for content testing initiatives i.e, variabletestings
- Deliver assets on a weekly cadence for publishing across platforms
- Maintain library folders of video footage and B-roll for repurposing and long-term use
- Propose ideas for trend-based content or social series to grow reach and engagement
Content Platforms include:
- Instagram - Reels, carousels, behind-the-scenes clips, educator/parent spotlights
- Facebook - Cross-posted videos, event recaps, community stories
- TikTok - Trend-based and playful short-form videos showing authentic preschool moments
- LinkedIn - Employer branding content (educator journeys, school culture, festive celebrations)
Requirements:
- Must be able to work with content creators across a multitude of social channels to negotiate, direct and edit where necessary.
- Proven experience in creating short-form video content for social media (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in mobile-first tools CapCut and Canva.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram reels formats and trends.
- Creative thinker with a good eye for visual storytelling and pacing.
- Able to film content using phone or compact camera in preschool settings.
- Organised and able to manage timelines for weekly deliverables.
- Comfortable working with young children, educators, and school staff in a professional and respectful manner.
Deliverables and commitment:
- Minimum 6 to 10 content assets delivered per month, with flexibility depending on campaign needs.
- On-site filming sessions at E-Bridge centres.
- Editing and submission of content for team review within agreed timelines.
