CONTENT CREATION INTERN
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a well-rounded Content Creation Intern who is excited about turning ideas into engaging digital content. If you are a generalist aspiring media professional who enjoys being a part of every stage of the content creation process - from storyboarding and planning, to filming, editing, and publishing - this role is for you. We are offering 20%-50% more than the average internship opportunity in our industry because we want the best of the best. If you think that's what you are, then give us your best shot.
Allowance: $1,250 per month
Format: Hybrid
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Be involved in every stage of the content creation process: storyboarding, planning, booking talent, filming, post-production, and publishing.
- Assist in creating concepts for client pitches, spec projects, and artistic portfolio work.
- Be involved in project meetings and client presentations.
- Source rental rates on equipment packages for upcoming projects, and oversee the care, storage, and return of equipment.
- To perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES SHOULD
- Be studying for a Diploma in Mass Communication, Media & Design, or any related field.
- Possess excellent communication skills, even when under pressure.
- Understand how to provide directions to fellow team members, crew, and talent.
- Demonstrate a keen interest in new media, video production, and content creation.
- Be able to confidently solo operate a camera in any environment.
- Know your way around your NLE and colour wheel with your eyes closed (we use both Adobe Premiere Pro and Davinci Resolve).
- Carry enough gonads not to be intimidated by ambitious ideas, expensive equipment, or tight deadlines.
- Be a team player, and a joy to be around.
