Lista DAO is a protocol that redefines BNB through liquid staking, lending, and CDP solutions.
The vision is to enrich the BNB Chain ecosystem by building a new DeFi and infrastructure around this new Protocol while connecting both native legacy projects and emerging DeFi labels.
We are looking for a Community Manager to join the team, who will take the lead in growing and engaging the community, as well as raise awareness about our product offerings within the global BNB Chain community.
The ideal candidate should be deeply knowledgeable about the crypto ecosystem and have intimate knowledge of Web3 technologies.
Responsibilities
- Draft, create, improve and proofread content quickly, efficiently, and against deadlines, guidelines, and briefs.
- Collaborate with product and business development, marketing specialists, designers, video editors, and other teams and creatives to quickly draft engaging content pieces that enhance the visibility of Binance and our products.
- Spearhead educational and community initiatives to drive engagement, including online and offline events or any other activities that involve. ecosystem participation (AMAs, Twitter/Discord events, contests, etc.).
- Manage support requests, understand the product mechanisms and be able to answer community questions, speak with users, and support integration partners.
- Proactively collaborate with internal and external teams to define, prioritize, and ensure alignment and focus on the community.
Requirements
- 2+ years in content creation with at least 1 year in crypto.
- Excellent writing and research skills, strong attention to detail.
- Hands-on expertise with Discord, Telegram, and other social media platforms, as well as hosting virtual events.
- Possess the following qualities: inquisitive, proactive, responsive, and responsible.
- English language fluency, Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.
- An intermediate understanding of crypto/blockchain terminology and components is preferred, at minimum knowledge about DeFi is preferred (particularly, decentralized stablecoins, lending & borrowing).
