At Innovation & Integration (I&I), we empower professionals - especially neurodivergent and forward-thinking leaders - to thrive through coaching, training, and innovative strategies. We run a podcast, community programmes, and thought leadership content across multiple platforms.
We are seeking a Content & Community Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and skilled at turning content plans into polished, published assets. You will support our strategist and founder by managing publishing workflows, community engagement, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn (company + founder's profile), and newsletters.
- Prepare and schedule newsletters and blog posts via MailerLite and Wix.
- Extract and edit podcast/video clips from Riverside for social media use.
- Repurpose content into graphics, reels, and stories using Canva and Instagram Edits/CapCut.
- Maintain content calendars and workflows in Trello.
- Monitor engagement and flag opportunities to improve reach and consistency.
- Support ad-hoc content administration and campaign-related tasks.
Requirements - full training will be provided
Must-have Skills:
- Familiarity with Instagram (Reels, Stories, feed management).
- Strong knowledge of Canva for visuals and video edits.
- Comfortable with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Experience with MailerLite or similar newsletter platforms.
- Basic ability to extract and edit content from Riverside.fm (or willingness to learn quickly).
- Knowledge of Trello or other project management tools.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Good-to-have Skills:
- Experience with podcast or content marketing.
- Interest in professional development, coaching, or neurodiversity.
- Prior experience managing multiple accounts or small brand communities.
