We are looking for a Content & Campaign Manager who can turn strategy into action. This role manages content creation, campaign execution, and daily delivery across platforms and markets.
This is a builder role - hands-on, fast-paced, and execution-focused.
Plan and manage content calendars across platforms
Execute social media campaigns from brief to launch
Manage copywriting, visuals, short videos, and captions
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and creators
Adapt content for different markets and audiences
Ensure brand voice, tone, and quality consistency
Track campaign performance and optimise content accordingly
Support special campaigns, launches, and events
Social posts (static, carousel, short video)
Founder-led content
Impact stories & testimonials
Employer branding & recruitment campaigns
B2B case studies and service explainers
3-6 years experience in content or campaign management
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
Comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once
Familiar with Canva, Meta tools, scheduling platforms
Understands what performs on LinkedIn, IG, FB, TikTok
Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
Content goes out on time, aligned to strategy
Campaigns are well-executed and measurable
Strong engagement and audience growth across platforms
