- Build and engage online communities by sparking conversations and responding to interactions
- Optimise content for SEO to boost visibility and drive organic reach
- Monitor performance, analyse results, and refine strategies for stronger engagement
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field with at least 5+ years of experience in content creation.
- Experience developing social-first, engaging formats for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn.
- Experience in responding to comments, engaging followers, and fostering positive online interactions.
- Experience with SEO, content optimisation, and understanding of analytics tools to measure content performance (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, or social media insights).
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).
