Job Description

Role Summary

The Content & Experience Specialist will be part of the Marketing & Communications team under the Business Development group and based in Singapore.

You will support the development and execution of digital marketing programmes, brand governance and creative direction, and produces high-quality content across digital, print, video, presentation and corporate formats. You will also be involved in bringing the organisation's brand to life through corporate events and experiences, working with internal stakeholders, agencies, vendors and production partners to deliver engaging, accurate and on-brand outcomes.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can produce content independently, manage concurrent workstreams and use creative technology and AI-assisted tools responsibly to work faster and smarter.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Brand Management

  • Maintain brand guidelines, visual identity standards, approved assets, templates and branded materials; support brand refreshes and consistent application across touchpoints.
  • Review content and design outputs for brand consistency and quality, advise stakeholders on brand guidelines, and identify opportunities to improve creative workflows.

Content Production

  • Conceptualise and produce marketing collateral and digital assets, including campaign visuals, publications, reports, brochures, presentations, infographics and other corporate materials.
  • Create and edit videos, reels, GIFs, audio, animations and motion graphics for internal, external and digital channels.

AI-Assisted Content Creation

  • Use AI-assisted creative tools and effective prompt design for ideation, drafting, image/video creation, copy development and production acceleration; stay current on relevant tools and workflow improvements.
  • Apply responsible AI practices by checking factual accuracy, bias, intellectual property/copyright and confidentiality risks, and reviewing all AI-assisted outputs before use.

Event Organisation & Execution

  • Support the planning and coordination of corporate events, product launches, roadshows, townhalls, exhibitions and client engagements, including logistics, venue liaison, run-of-show support and on-site production.
  • Produce event-related content, including stage visuals, signage, digital backdrops, event decks and video loops.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver events on time, on brand and within budget.

Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration

  • Liaise with internal teams to gather creative requirements, clarify briefs, advise on brand guidelines and deliver appropriate design solutions.
  • Collaborate with agencies, vendors and production partners, managing feedback, dependencies and concurrent deadlines to deliver high-quality work on time.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Undertake additional responsibilities and projects as required and assigned by the Head of Marketing & Communications.

Education / Qualification

  • Diploma or degree in Content Production, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Film, Events Management, Marketing Communications or a related discipline.

Experience and Skills

  • 1–3 years relevant experience in content, design, video, motion graphics, publishing or brand support.
  • Exposure to corporate events, activations or exhibitions, including logistics and on-site support.
  • Practical use of AI-assisted creative tools, with awareness of responsible AI practices.
  • Portfolio demonstrating relevant content, design and/or event work.
  • Proficiency in design, desktop publishing, video/motion graphics and PowerPoint tools.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools for ideation, drafting and production acceleration.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, imagery, file formats and production requirements.
  • Event coordination skills, including logistics, vendor/venue liaison, run-of-show support and on-site problem-solving.
  • Creative thinking, visual storytelling, attention to detail, collaboration and prioritisation across deadlines.
  • Eagerness to learn, take ownership and grow autonomy; photography or videography skills are an advantage.
