- Follow up with insurers to secure timely issuance of quotations and insurance policies, ensuring seamless client experience
- Manage insurance renewal processes by proactively contacting clients and coordinating with insurers to maintain continuous coverage
- Participate in marketing and business development activities to enhance client engagement and contribute to business growth initiatives
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of client interactions, quotations, and policy documents to facilitate efficient service delivery
