Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging platforms
- Provide accurate information and support for general patient-related enquiries
- Handle and follow up on customer feedback professionally
- Liaise with internal departments to support enquiry resolution and service requests
- Ensure accurate data entry into CRM systems and maintain proper records
- Follow SOPs, operational procedures, and escalation protocols (including emergency or priority cases)
- Handle emergency activation and follow established emergency communication protocols
- Participate in training, assessments, and audits as required
- Maintain service quality standards in line with organisational requirements
Details
- 5-day work week (including 1 weekend)
- Shift-based roster AM: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM MID: 11:30 AM - 9:00 PM
- Basic Salary: $2,100 + $400 monthly allowance
- Annual performance bonus
- Work Location: Woodlands South (may be deployed to MacPherson if required)
- Employment Type: Full-time contract (yearly renewable)

- Customer service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills
