Job Summary

You will engage customers directly to sell home broadband plans, support them in selecting suitable options, and participate in roadshows and door-to-door visits, with daily coaching and leadership training provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face sales of home broadband plans to customers to meet sales targets
• Participate in roadshows and door-to-door visits to engage potential customers and generate leads
• Assist households in selecting broadband plans that best fit their needs through clear communication and product knowledge
• Receive and apply daily one-to-one coaching to improve sales techniques and customer engagement
• Demonstrate positive attitude and resilience to maintain motivation and overcome sales challenges
• Engage in leadership training programs to develop management skills and prepare for team leadership roles
• Perform consistently to earn performance-based pay and qualify for overseas learning opportunities
