Job Description

Job Opportunity
Job Type: 1 Year Contract (Highly Renewable from 2nd Year Onwards)

We're not looking for the most experienced person in the room. We're looking for the most analytically sharp. If you've built quantitative research projects that show real statistical depth whether that's from a university dissertation, an internship, or a full-time role. We want to see your work.

Key Overview
As our Consumer Insights Analyst, you'll dig deep into user behaviour on a fast-growing platform with long-term projects in the horizon. You'll design studies, run statistical models, and surface insights that directly shape product and business decisions.

This isn't a role where you'll be writing interview transcripts all day. You'll be working with the researcher head where you will in the data side, building models, testing hypotheses, and telling stories that only the numbers can reveal.

What You'll Do

. Design and execute quantitative research studies from surveys, behavioural experiments, and large-scale data analysis.

. Apply statistical modelling and analysis (regression, significance testing, segmentation) to uncover patterns in consumer behaviour

. Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments that inform product decisions

. Work with tools like R, Python, STATA, SQL, or MATLAB to make sense of complex datasets

. Present findings clearly to product, design, and business stakeholders using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

. Complement quant work with qualitative methods (interviews, usability tests) when needed

What We're Looking For

. A portfolio with quantitative research projects that show real analytical thinking - this matters more than years of experience

. Proficiency in at least one statistical tool: R, Python, STATA, MATLAB, or SQL (High Priority)

. A degree in Behavioural Science, Psychology, Economics, Statistics, or a related field

. Understanding of experiment design, statistical significance, and data-driven research methods

. Clear, confident communication - you can explain a regression to someone who has never heard the word

. Familiarity with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

Experience level: Open to all. Fresh graduates and junior researchers are welcome to apply, as long as your portfolio demonstrates strong quantitative research work.

Portfolio Note
We will be reviewing your portfolio closely. Show us quant-heavy projects - academic research, dissertation work, personal projects, internship deliverables. We want to see statistical thinking in action, not just survey summaries.

If the numbers excite you, let's talk!
