About the role:

The Consumer Activation Media Strategy and Planning Manager plays a critical role in driving the planning, execution, and optimization of consumer-focused campaigns across Asia Pacific. This role emphasizes the design of seamless consumer journeys across digital and physical touchpoints, with a strong focus on media strategy, measurement, and performance.

You will lead end-to-end media planning and performance strategies, acting as a strategic thought partner to internal commercial teams and collaborating closely with agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Media Strategy & Campaign Leadership

  • Lead holistic media planning across digital and traditional channels.
  • Develop and implement data-driven engagement strategies to deliver personalized consumer experiences.
  • Own the end-to-end campaign process, from planning to optimization.

2. Measurement & Optimization

  • Design and manage measurement frameworks to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Apply test-and-learn methodologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with media agencies, and commercial stakeholders to ensure integrated omnichannel execution (Above The Line, ATL & Below The Line, BTL).
  • Align campaign strategies with broader business objectives and consumer needs.

4. Consumer Experience & Innovation

  • Champion the integration of physical and digital channels to enhance the overall consumer experience.
  • Leverage analytics and AI tools to refine engagement strategies and improve outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree's in any field
  • At least 8 years of experience in media planning and digital activation
  • Experience in media agency environments
  • Deep understanding of media platforms, tools, and measurement methodologies in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Experience in building media partnerships across different verticals
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
