Job Summary
Lead the planning, design, and contract administration for multi-storey carpark improvement projects, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and contractor management.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed plans and designs for multi-storey carpark improvement projects to meet HDB standards and requirements
- Coordinate effectively with stakeholders including HDB, branch offices, and town councils to align project objectives and resolve issues
- Administer HDB contracts by managing contractors and overseeing work quality and progress across a portfolio of approximately 35-38 carparks
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to contract terms and successful completion
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess a recognized Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Building Science from relevant professional bodies, HDB, or BCA
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience for Degree holders in the above fields
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience for Diploma holders in the above fields
Other Information
- Contract duration: 30 months
- Working days: 5-day week for office-based role ($4,800 monthly salary) and 5.5-day week for site-based role ($5,400 monthly salary). Both role applied to this job depending on phasing of work, and salary will be adjust accordingly.
