CONSULTANT

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering professional trainingprogrammes to our business partners and clients, while supporting thedevelopment of long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional training and workshops for business partners and clients.
• Develop and customise training content based on clients needs and requirements.
• Demonstrate products, treatments, techniques and best practices during training sessions.
• Assess trainees understanding and provide practical guidance and feedback.
• Coordinate training schedules and work closely with clients to ensure smooth training delivery.
• Provide product knowledge, operational guidance and post-training support to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Identify opportunities for additional training and business collaboration.
• Keep updated on industry trends, techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Experience in training, beauty, wellness, aesthetics, retail or a related industry.
• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable conducting training for individuals and groups.
• Able to customise training according to different client requirements.
• Confident, professional and service-oriented.
• Willing to travel to client locations when required.
• Previous experience working with business clients or conducting professional training will be an advantage.
