We've spent over ten years helping families across Singapore find the right helper. We're expanding our team and looking for a practical, self-starting Sales Consultant who can actively go out, bring in business, and run smooth, end-to-end placements.

The Role in Daily Terms

• Bring your own pipeline: We're looking for someone who doesn't rely on assigned leads. You'll be prospecting, following up on local connections, asking for referrals, and finding creative ways to generate your own client enquiries.

• Guide employers end-to-end: You'll listen to what families need, match them with suitable MDWs, host interviews, address concerns, and guide both parties to a confident decision.
• 
  
• Keep paperwork tight: Accuracy matters in this industry. You'll oversee all agency and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) documentation, making sure every placement is fully compliant and hassle-free.
• 
  
• Stay connected after the sign-off: Great service brings repeat clients and personal referrals. You'll check in post-placement to ensure a smooth transition and maintain strong client relationships.

What You Bring to the Team

• Mandatory Certification: Must hold an active CEI or KAH certification.
• 
  
• Proven Track Record: Minimum 2 years in agency or commission-based sales, with a clear history of self-sourcing prospective clients.
• 
  
• Work Ethic: Strong communication skills, quick thinking during negotiations, and the stamina for a 6-day work week.

Salary & Working Style

• Base Salary: From $3,200
• 
  
• Commission: High-tier, uncapped structure (your earnings scale directly with your hustle)
