Job Description
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the end-to-end process for new applications, renewals, and cancellations of Employment Passes, Dependent Passes, and Social Visit Passes.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on the appropriate immigration pass types based on their specific needs and advise on the relevant procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare, review, and submit all necessary documentation to the appropriate government authorities in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor active cases and ensure timely follow-ups and reminders are communicated to clients and their HR representatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information within the internal database system.

Education/Experience Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline
- A minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in processing Employment Passes, Social Visit Passes, visa applications, and other immigration-related matters
- Familiarity with Singapore's immigration regulations and procedures is essential
- Prior experience in a client-facing or consultancy role is advantageous
