Why This Role Is Valuable
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Legal & Compliance department as Analyst - Corporate Secretarial
on a 6-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality corporate secretarial services and overseeing the day-to-day governance and compliance matters of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) owned by Blackstone Real Estate Funds across Asia.
The ideal candidate will have a background of at least 3 years company secretarial experience with a company secretarial service provider, law firm or an in-house legal/corporate position with a reputable investment firm or MNC.
