Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team as a Consultant in Client Services Support, where you will play a vital role in enhancing client experiences through effective administrative and coordination support. This is a 6-month contract position with opportunities for growth and contribution.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support by preparing and updating documentation, reports, schedules, and trackers for client engagements. Maintain precise client records in internal systems and shared folders, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Coordinate with various internal teams (Operations, Finance, Claims, IT) to facilitate client servicing and follow up on required information. Track the progress of ongoing client requests, ensuring all deadlines are met efficiently. Support the preparation of periodic and ad-hoc reports like service performance and client activity summaries. Assist in documenting and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs), checklists, and templates. Provide logistical support for client reviews, workshops, and internal meetings, including scheduling and material preparation. Manage the general mailbox, triaging enquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, finance, administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in client services, operations, administration, or coordination, preferably in financial or professional services. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort in working with data and systems. Good written and verbal communication skills, complemented by a service-oriented mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while demonstrating proactivity and commitment to a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.
