Responsibilities

HRIS Building up & Developing

0-1 Design and optimize core HRIS modules under global HR COE framework

Data Management & Analysis

Collect, clean, and verify information, including but not limited to performance achievement and distribution data (dashboard).

Perform data analysis and dashboard building, explore correlations among data, and deliver preliminary analytical conclusions.

Cross-BU & Cross-region Communication

Collaborate effectively with internal/external stakeholders from different countries and business units, understanding and integrating diverse requirements.

Driving Results & Project Execution

➢ Proactively push progress, coordinate resources, manage stakeholder expectations under uncertainty, and ensure timely delivery of project goals.

➢ Participate in Global HR core projects (e.g., HR system optimization, performance management projects)

Job Requirements

➢ 3-5 years in Data Analysis, Management, or related HR fields

➢ Experience in building a core HRIS module or part of HRIS function from 0 to 1 ➢ Familiar with Lark (Feishu) or other in-house collaboration / communication tools

➢ Demonstrate strong Cross region and cross-BU communication skills.

➢ Strong data analysis ability, proficient in Excel. Experience with other analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

➢ Passionate about data analysis work. Meticulous, careful, and with a strong sense of responsibility.

➢ Strong ability to drive results (proactive, able to overcome obstacles to push things forward).
