Job Summary
You will support the clinic by providing professional analysis and recommending suitable aesthetic products and services, assisting doctors during procedures, managing front desk operations, and contributing to inventory control to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Achieve personal and team sales targets by actively promoting aesthetic products and services to customers
- Provide professional analysis to recommend suitable aesthetic products and services based on customer needs
- Deliver warm, sincere, and attentive customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention
- Assist doctors during procedures by preparing equipment and supporting clinical tasks as needed
- Perform front desk duties including checking in patients, answering calls, and managing appointment bookings efficiently
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders to maintain adequate supplies
- Maintain sanitized and organized workstations and equipment to ensure a clean and safe environment
Required competencies and certifications
- Relevant work experience in aesthetics or related fields
- Proven sales track record
