Responsibilites

. Supervise, coordinate and check quality of works on site

. Monitor and lead work of in-house workers

. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications

. Monitor site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced

. To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers

. Responsible for manpower planning and usage at site

. To monitor materials on site in order to ensure that the appropriate material is available to meet the construction program

. Fetch workers to and fro Dormitory to different worksites

. Deliver materials, invoices, and goods

. Collection of goods from supplier or vendor

. Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements

. Minimum 5 years experience in Building Construction

. Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course

. Class 3 driving license
