Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Operations Executive to support and manage the day-to-day operational activities of the company. The candidate will assist in coordinating site operations, managing logistics and equipment deployment, and ensuring smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily operations including scheduling of machinery, drivers, and site activities Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery Monitor project progress and prepare operational reports Assist in planning manpower deployment and equipment allocation Ensure compliance with workplace safety and company policies Maintain proper operational documentation and records Resolve operational issues and support management in improving efficiency
Requirements Minimum 1 yr of relevant experience in operations or construction industry preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Preferred Skills Experience in construction, logistics, or heavy equipment operations Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and in a team environment
