CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Summary

Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans and specifications, driving timely and budget-compliant completion. Lead on-site teams and collaborate with project managers to optimize scheduling and resource allocation while maintaining a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage on-site construction teams to deliver project milestones on time and within budget
• Coordinate daily construction activities in strict accordance with project plans and specifications to ensure quality and compliance
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and adjust schedules, allocate resources effectively, and monitor overall project progress
• Enforce safety protocols rigorously, fostering a proactive safety culture among all workforce members
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify, report, and resolve construction issues promptly, minimizing delays and risks
• Communicate clearly and professionally with project stakeholders to address concerns and provide timely updates on project status

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant construction supervision experience
• Valid Driving License
• Completion of Building Construction Supervisor Safety Course
• Willingness to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
• Flexibility to work in shift patterns including Night and Day shifts
