CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities in accordance with project plans and specifications.
• Manage and lead on-site construction teams, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with project managers to schedule tasks, allocate resources, and monitor project progress.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety guidelines, promoting a culture of safety among the workforce.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing updates on project status.

Requirements

• Minimum work experience is 10 (Ten).
• Must agree to work on Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday
• Must agree to work shift basis Night/Day Shift.
• Must have Valid Driving License
• Must have Building Construction Supervisor Safety Course
