CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Roles & Responsibilities:

. Lead and direct high-pressure construction projects, ensuring uncompromising quality and meeting stringent deadlines.

. Adapt sun exposure or hazard environment

. Need to hands-on and do not mind to getting hands dirty

. Must be able to work in day or night shift if required

. Must be able to work in weekend or public holidays if needed

. Collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders, architects, and vendors to overcome complex challenges.

. Present detailed reports, providing effective solutions for critical issues promptly.

. Exhibit unwavering flexibility, working extended hours, weekends, and frequently traveling between sites.

. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

. 10 years of hands-on experience in construction, with at least 8 years in a high-pressure leadership role.

. Must have deep knowledge in Electrical & Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) Works also.

. Expert knowledge of cutting-edge construction equipment, safety protocols, and industry best practices.

. Proven ability to thrive under extreme pressure and maintain composure in challenging situations.

. Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills for effective team management.

. Knowledge in a field of Construction, Electrical, Plumbing & ACMV works, coupled with exceptional problem-solving capabilities.

. Physical stamina to perform demanding on-site duties.

. Must be able to travel to sites using public transport if company transport not provided.

. Willingness to travel extensively and work in varied environmental conditions.
