CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Coordinate On-Site: Manage all on-site activities, ensuring smooth operations and collaboration among contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Plan and Monitor: Develop project plans, schedules, and monitor progress to meet targets, making adjustments as needed to stay on track.

Independently Manage: Take charge of construction activities, ensuring they align with project goals and quality standards.

Lead the Team: Supervise and motivate the project team to achieve project objectives within the stipulated timeframe and budget.

Resolve Issues: Address and resolve design-related issues during construction to maintain project momentum.

Ensure Quality and Safety: Oversee work quality and enforce health and safety standards on site, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and relationships are maintained.

Manage Risks: Identify and manage project risks to ensure successful project delivery.

Assist Project Manager: Support the Project Manager with site coordination and other tasks as required.
