CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily construction activities at the job site.
• Monitor project timelines, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with building codes, health and safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Schedule and manage labor, materials, and equipment on site.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress, and materials used.
• Ensure all workers and subcontractors follow safety procedures and use protective equipment.
• Report progress to management and update schedules and plans as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a construction supervisor, foreman, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, safety guidelines, and building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent

Working Conditions:

• Primarily works on construction sites, which may involve exposure to varying weather conditions and loud environments.
• Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• May involve overtime and weekend work to meet project deadlines.
