Construction Supervisor

Job Description:

1.1 You are required to supervise and lead a team of workers under your charge.

1.2 You are required to conduct training to new employees when required.

1.3 Assist in planning workers and supervisors deployment to carry out job at site.

1.4 At all times, you are required to put on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all work site.

1.5 Ensuring all workers adhere to the safety standard at site in accordance to MOM safety requirement.

1.6 Planning of raw material for delivery to site so that workers can carry out work.

1.7 Conduct weekly operation meeting with supervisors in order to facilitate work at site and understand the problems and progress at site.

1.8 Attend and resolve problems at various site.

Requirements:

2.1 Coretrade Skills in Doors & Windows Installation

2.2 Trained Window Installer Certificate from BCA-HDB

2.3 Building Construction Supervisors Safety Certificate

2.4 At least 5 years experience in construction industry
