Job scope:
- Coordinate with the Project Engineer to schedule daily and weekly construction tasks, and obtain the necessary safety permits from the appropriate departments to enable contractor work.
- Oversee all construction activities related to engineering tasks to ensure contractors maintain safe practices, deliver quality work, and meet project timelines.
- Support the Project Engineer in organizing and executing Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) tasks in line with validation requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and required testing alongside contractors complete and retain all test documentation for validation purposes.
- Carry out punch-list activities with contractors and ensure timely completion of outstanding work for successful project handover to the owner.
- Review and verify that all documentation prepared by contractors is accurate and complete in support of qualification and validation processes.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure full adherence to Company, Group, and regulatory standards, codes, and procedures throughout project construction.
- Execute assigned small-scale modification works involving civil, building, mechanical, or piping systems as directed by the Project Engineering Manager.
