CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

. Supervision and Leadership: Lead and supervise tunneling crews, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.

. Project Planning: Assist in the planning and scheduling of tunneling operations, coordinating with project managers and engineers.

. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety standards and regulations, conducting regular safety meetings and training for crew members.

. Quality Control: Monitor work to ensure quality standards are met, inspecting materials and completed work for compliance with specifications.

. Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between the site team and upper management, providing regular updates on project status.

. Problem-Solving: Address any issues that arise during tunneling operations, making quick decisions to mitigate delays or hazards.

. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and safety inspections, preparing reports as needed.

. Resource Management: Oversee the procurement and utilization of materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring that resources are used efficiently.

Qualifications

. Minimum 4 year experience in the construction tunnel field.

. Proven experience as construction foreman

. Problem-solving abilities

. Able to perform day or night shifts in underground

. Able working 6 days per week, 12 shifts
