Construction Supervisor - Lim's Star Design & Contracts Pte Ltd
Responsibilities:
- Handle technical and engineering problems.
- Plan and execute work schedule based on contract schedule.
- Coordinate and control construction work on site.
- Evaluate subcontractors risk assessment, safe work procedures and method statements.
- Review subcontractors/supplier performance after completion works.
- Laising with supplier, attend meeting with clients.
- Other duties as delegated by the Management.
Requirements:
- Preferably with relevant experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good in perspective drawing, rendering & detailed drawings.
- Pleasant working attitude, self motivated, hardworking and creatively.
- Diploma, degree in civil Engineering or its equivalent discipline.
- Able to work rotating work shift.
- Immediately or within short notice to start work
Salary : $4000 to $6000
