CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

• Plan, coordinate and supervise construction projects from start to completion.
• Manage site operations, workers, subcontractors, materials and project schedules.
• Ensure all construction works comply with approved plans, safety requirements and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, costs and deadlines and resolve site issues promptly.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities.
• Prepare site reports and ensure proper documentation and records are maintained.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Relevant experience in construction project management and site supervision.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations and quality standards.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage workers and coordinate multiple site activities.
• Willing to work on construction sites and handle project-related responsibilities.
