Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Monitor daily construction activities to enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with building regulations
- Coordinate subcontractors, personnel, and equipment to achieve project schedules and budget targets
- Inspect ongoing and completed work to verify adherence to technical specifications and quality standards
- Manage on-site materials by ensuring timely delivery and proper storage to prevent shortages and delays
- Maintain detailed records of work progress and daily logs, providing accurate reports to project managers
- Identify and resolve on-site issues, design challenges, or changes in project scope to maintain workflow continuity
- Supervise and motivate on-site staff and subcontractors to optimize team performance and project outcomes
- Utilize computer software to generate reports and manage project scheduling effectively
Preferred competencies and qualifications
