Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a dedicated Construction Supervisor to join our growing team in the renovation and construction industry. The successful candidate will oversee site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure that project timelines and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities
- Monitor work progress to ensure projects are completed on schedule
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures
- Inspect work quality and ensure it meets required standards
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project team
- Manage site manpower, materials, and equipment usage
- Prepare site reports and maintain proper documentation
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or relevant qualification in Building / Construction
- At least 3-5 years of relevant construction site experience
- Possess relevant certifications (e.g., Supervisor Safety Course, CSOC)
- Knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle site coordination
