CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

• Supervise daily construction activities at the worksite.
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors and site activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor work progress and ensure tasks are completed according to project schedules.
• Read and follow construction drawings, plans and specifications.
• Check the quality of construction work and ensure it meets the required standards.
• Ensure workers follow workplace safety rules and safe work procedures.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and other parties to resolve site issues.
• Prepare daily site reports and update work progress.
• Monitor the use of construction materials, tools and equipment.
• Assist with manpower planning and the allocation of daily work tasks.
• Arrange and coordinate the transportation of workers to and from the worksite when required.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in construction site supervision.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, drawings and site operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage daily site activities and solve work-related problems.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of workplace safety requirements is an advantage.
