Construction Supervisor

Job Description & Requirements

• Able to read construction drawings, know well the skill of formwork, rebar, concreting, survey.
• To Supervise and manage daily project operations to ensure tasks are completed on schedule, aligning with quality standards and company protocols.
• To lead the installation teams at construction sites to plan and execute works according to the project schedule
• To plan the manpower deployment require for the site works
• To ensure efficient utilization of manpower, raw materials and consumables for our construction projects at construction sites
• To oversee the works and resolve any technical issues/ difficulties that may arise on constructions sites
• To ensure the works at construction sites carried out are complying with safe work procedures
• To report to project team on work progress at construction sites
• To liaise with main or sub-contractor for coordination work and installation,able to handle complaints and provide regular feedbacks.
• To manage all on-site matters and assist Technical issues.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager from time to time.
• Accept working outdoors,the minimum working hours are from Monday to Saturday.

• Good interpersonal skills and time management.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• At least Secondary school certificate
