BUILDING CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all daily construction site activities.(Rebar works)
• Plan, organize, and monitor work progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Allocate tasks and supervise workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Monitor workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and approved drawings.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety procedures.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and site safety briefings.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients on site matters.
• Prepare daily site progress reports, manpower reports, and work schedules.
• Monitor material deliveries and ensure adequate materials, equipment, and tools are available.
• Inspect completed work and rectify defects before handover.
• Resolve site issues, technical problems, and conflicts promptly.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a safe, clean, and organized worksite.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress.
• Assist in planning site logistics and work sequencing.
• Ensure compliance with BCA, MOM, and other relevant Singapore construction regulations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager.
