CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Candidate must posses at least Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent. At east 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
The Construction Supervisor is responsible for overseeing construction works on-site, ensuring all construction activities are carried out efficiently, safely and in accordance with project specifications and timelines. This role combines hands-on skills with supervisory responsibilities to manage workers, materials and daily site operations.
. Supervise and coordination daily on construction sites.
. Assign tasks to workers and ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications.
. Liaise with project managers, contractors and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
. Monitor project progress and report updates to management.
. Enforce workplace safety regulations and ensure all workers adhere to safety procedures.
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment and personal protective equipment.
.Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to site rules.
