CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Description

• Supervise daily construction site operations and workforce activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local building codes.
• Inspect work quality and ensure construction meets project specifications.
• Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions to maintain project progress.
• Monitor the use of materials, equipment, and labor to minimize waste and control costs.
• Conduct daily site inspections and maintain accurate site records and reports.
• Organize toolbox meetings and promote a strong safety culture.
• Report project updates, delays, and risks to management.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and site security at all times.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Valid construction safety certification (where required by local regulations).
• Willingness to work on-site and travel between project locations if required.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and comply with all personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,with flexbility to work extended hours when required.
