- Have extensive experience in the construction industry
- Familiar with on-site construction management, have control experience and management measures for quality, progress, and cost, understand drawings
- Able to calculate project quantities and materials
- Be able to reasonably allocate workers
- Be able to communicate with on-site safety officers
- Familiar with the entire construction process management of apartments, factories, and bungalows.
